Girl's Insight was founded in December 2007. Girl's Insight is a privately owned and operated business.

4. Where are the goods designed/manufactured?
Girl's Insight goods are designed and developed in Australia. Manufacturing varies between local and offshore production each season.

5. How often is the website updated?
We updated it on a daily basis with loads of new info on fashion, entertainment, jobs, promotions, and competitions constantly being uploaded. We have new arrivals once a week, so keep checking back to get the latest trends!

6. How much is an item?
We have plenty of items coming up, therefore do visit our online catalogue (placed on the right hand side menu). or click 'how to order' for step by step guidance.

7. What are the product range?
We sell accessories ranging from jewelry - necklaces, earrings, finger rings, cuff links, bangles, bracelets and money clips - Besides, we also offer sunglasses, clothings and so on. we sell whatever things that could make you or your girlfriend the happiest girl! you may only see some of our products being post online. please bear with us as we're trying very hard to post all the products online with its price tag.

8. Are the products original?
We offer the best quality facsimile for branded goods - All of them come with original accessories such as boxes, silver care card, silver label, silver anti-dust cloth and booklets. most importantly, the Tiffany jewelry are made of sterling 925 silver (92.5% silver). Besides that, all the products are authentic and original from Girl's Insight.

9. Is there a minimum order?
No, there is no minimum order. If you order more than 2 items, we will offer you 10% discount rate on your next purchase with us. So, stay tune for more discounts.

10. Can I request for my own design?
Yes, you may do so by emailing us your prefferred design. we will then inform you if we can or cannot do the designs. no additional charge for customisation, unless its very complex, takes alot of time and requires additional ingredients. please inquire for details.

11. Can I order products that are not shown on the catalogue?
Yes. Please send the product photos to us,we will look for them. Our customers' satisfaction are our priority.


About our PAYMENT & DELIVERY SERVICE

12. How do I pay?
We accept the form of COD (cash on delivery) or bank transfer (CIMB Bank). We will get noticed by the involved parties once you transfer your money, so do not worry. The steps of making bank transfer or cash deposit will be emailed to you once you placed your order. This is for the security purposes.

13. When will my item be delivered?
It takes 2 working days for us to receive the payment. once we receive the cash, we will immediately deliver to your doorstep (or any required destination). you can inform us where do you want us to deliver your item. if you are staying in Klang Valley area, DELIVERY IS FREE. otherwise, we will charge on the postage rate. your item will be delivered to you within 3-6 days (including Sunday!)

13. Which area are covered in Klang Valley and is FREE Of Charge?
Bukit Bintang, Kuala Lumpur, KLCC, Mid Valley, Ampang, Wangsa Maju, Tmn. Melawati, Cheras, etc. please inform us your address (that you want us to deliver) so that you could inform you if extra charges are needed. in most cases, we will not charge you.

14. Can I cancel my order?
Yes of course you may do so by giving us at least 9 days advance notice.

15. What if I already made payment but i want to cancel?
Unfortunately, we cant refund your payment but we can credit you for future orders.

16. What are the currency used?
Ringgit Malaysia (RM). We do accept other currency, as the currency rate fluctuates daily, you have to inform us earlier on what currency you're about to us.

17. I want to give your product as a gift to my beloved, but I feel that the packaging itself it not attractive enough. How could you help me with it?
We have professional partners in doing decorations especially for occasions such as birthday and anniversaries. what you have in mind might be different from what we giving you, therefore, if you have such demand, please discuss with us before hand. the most important part is that NO CHARGES will be applied. =) you will only be charged for the materials used.
If you are a regular customer, there's totally no charge at all!
